What is a "case of the Monday's?"

Do you ever notice on Sunday around 4-5pm, you are #dreading the next day because it is Monday and you know that means, back to work and back to school - no chance of sleeping in and the weekend seems top blow right on by faster than the week before?

5:00am Monday morning - your alarm goes off and you hit the snooze button, knowing in 5 minutes it will be buzzing again and then reality sinks in, Monday has come once again and there is no way that it is going anywhere!

5:05am That alarm is ringing once again, so you decide to get up and use the restroom, sitting on the toilet with your eyes closed, your brain says "say it ain't so, I am not ready for the week to need me already"

We have ALL BEEN THERE and you are NOT alone.

Did you know: The most popular day to call in sick is on Monday! 48% of the sick calls are on Monday! -According to careerbuilder.com

Let's transition:

When we think of Monday differently, we approach the week with a totally different mindset and rather than seeing Monday as a drag, we see the beauty in a new week, a new opportunity, a fresh start.

Steps for Success:

1. Wake up earlier

2. Start your morning with priming

3. Drink a bottle of water right away

4. Get your body moving (go for a walk, do some yoga, exercise)

5. Make your bed

6. Eat a nutritional breakfast

7. Arrive to work/school early

8. Write down plans for your day/week

9. Tackle harder challenges/tasks first

10. Remember what you put into your ears, what thoughts you have in your head, what you read with your eyes will set the pace for your life.

What you believe is what you become!

The Miracle Morning checklist is one that has dramatically #changed my mindset and #helped me cast a true vision on my day/week, first thing Monday morning. - I prefer to write down my goals for the week on Sunday evening so I have more time Monday to take #action!
