Our subconscious mind holds is very powerful - a few simple steps every morning can help increase the productivity of your mind and help you achieve more of your goals.
Prime your brain for success!
A few tips:
Have you ever heard the phrase, eat the frog first? - what that means basically is that every single day we have a to do list, get the challenges out of your day first thing in the morning, if you plan your week this way, it makes for a decent Friday!
Making a list the night before, so you have a check list to go by so that you ensure you are being productive in your day. Writing the list and reading the list tells your brain that these tasks are important and necessary to move forward and onto the next task.
Exercise in the morning because not only are you working on your health, you are relieving stress first thing in the morning. I like to do some personal development and listen to motivational speeches at this time, a few of my favorites are, Walter Bond, Les Brown & Tony Robbins.
Make a routine - once you start incorporating your day with "priming" - you set your day up for success, you are in a better mood and have a sense of achievement right away in the morning, which in turn leads to a better and more productive day! - Having the right mindset first thing in the morning has dramatically changed the way I spend the time in my day and has totally transformed my outlook on life.
Stop waking up dreading the day. Getting yourself in the right mindset and spending some time priming is a total game changer. Personal development sets the pace to have a very productive and great day. - Hannah
The first time I heard about priming, I was doing my personal development for the day and heard Tony Robbins daily morning routine video - if you are a prefer to read a blog, What's your morning ritual? is a good one. Personal development is now a part of my morning routine, I don't even think about it anymore - I just do it.
