CHANGE IS GREAT WHEN IT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD!

I AM SO WORTH IT!

I DO LOVE MYSELF AND I WILL SPEND EVERY DAY DOING THIS UNTIL I BELIEVE IT!

I AM BEAUTIFUL!

I AM WORTHY!

I LOVE ME!


Your reason why should be bigger than any excuse that you have in your head!

Cannot afford it? Being overweight is expensive!

Losing weight is hard? Being overweight is hard - CHOOSE YOUR HARD!


If you are a person that cannot get out of your head or have doubts - grab a sticky note pad and a sharpie, write affirmations on them and hang them all around your house until you learn to #loveyourself...you ARE worth it!
