75 Hard

I have been doing research on a challenge called #75hard - I am actually going to #commit to this challenge. This will be hard, but #MENTALLY #hard and I am up for the #challenge!


The rules:

- 2 workouts 45 mins each (1 indoor & 1 outdoor)

- Follow a diet of some sort

-1 gallon of water daily

-10 pages in a book

- 0 cheats/0 alcohol

- Daily picture to track #progress


This challenge will be 75 days long, it is a chance for me to kick my booty in gear and work super hard! I have a goal to fit into a size 8 #wedding dress, I do not want to fall short of that goal, so this is just the #beginning! Tomorrow is my day 1 - if I mess a day up, you have to start all the way over? Seems brutal, huh? #ICanDoThis

I am a health and wellness coach and I tell my product users all the time that this can be #tough mentally, but that it is #possible if you just #stickyourmindtoit


I have #goals and this goes much deeper than the size of my wedding dress. I have yet to go shopping for one and wedding day is in #October so I have 10 months until I am a married woman #holymoly - I #CAN do this! Lord, be with me throughout this challenge and give me the strength to get to push through.
