75 Hard. Is it HARD? yes. The road map is laid out for you every single day and it is the same daily, so following becomes quite routine - so WHAT makes is so HARD? - For me, it hasn't been not drinking for 75 days (I am not much of a drinker anyway) - It hasn't been no cheats (which is actually surprising), do not get me wrong...things sound great to me, but I know March is NEXT month and I will be able to TREAT my hard work! - TIME is what makes it hard - finding time to be sure that I am getting everything in within a timely fashion. The 2 workouts have been tough on my body, because of sore muscles, but overall I have felt GREAT doing them. This challenge is more of a MENTAL TOUGHNESS than anything! You have to have the mindset that I AM doing these workouts NO EXCUSES, I AM NOT eating anything that I am not supposed to, etc. - I have made it to Day #33 so far, not stopping!
NO EXCUSES RIGHT?
So, last week my daughter was so super sick with a sore throat/fever/INFLUENZA B - no big deal right? - I am cuddling her and trying to make her feel better! Next thing I know DAY #33 came, I worked out and was doing great and out of nowhere BAM - I felt like I was hit by a bus, fever, sore throat, all the YUCKS that I did not want to feel...Needless to say I have been DOWN FOR THE COUNT for a few days and I am picking up with Day #34 (I know since I missed a couple of days, I should prob start over - but I did not give myself credit for any days)
Here is to Day #34 ALSO...here is the most recent progress pic of my 75 HARD

journey!
