Do you ever think to yourself that you never have enough time in your day for your normal routine, let alone to add in some exercise?


Welcome to this century! We are continuously looking for the fasted routes, fastest internet speeds, fastest ways to get things done. Sometimes the biggest thing is to take a deep breath and slow down - soak in the big picture and see how you can get the most out of your day. A few simple changes in your life could free up just 30 minutes to make that possible!

Typical exercises such as the stationary bike/elliptical machines will burn more calories on average in the same amount of time. Don't have one at home or a membership to a gym? - That's okay! Reorganizing a closet, meal prepping for your week, deep cleaning your house, grocery shopping and even tending to your garden will burn some calories. The biggest thing is to get up and moving!
