Stubborn Belly Fat Ladies? - Beginners Guide - Flab to Fab!


If you are struggling with stubborn belly fat, a few tips to get you losing inches:


Drink a gallon of water

Get some belly workouts in (see 2 links at bottom of page)

Balanced diet


AVOID:


French Fries/Potato Chips

*Try steamed veggies for a side instead or a salad (watch out for high fat/carb dressings)

Sugary Drinks

*Try propel if you need some flavor - Kiwi Strawberry is my FAVORITE

White Bread

*Try avoiding bread and eat the wheat 45cal kind - (in moderation)

Candy Bars/Candy

*Eat SF Candy on occasion - chew SF gum

Most Fruit Juices

*Avoid them - full of sugar - drink water (you have a WHOLE gallon to go!)

Sweets {Pastries, Cookies, Donuts, Cakes}

*Healthy no bakes with protein (lean meal) mix

Certain Alcohol (Especially Beer)

*Tequila is the best calorie wise - {try vodka/soda/trimstix or mio/lime wedge}

Ice Cream

*Make a frozen protein shake - try eating with spoon to be like ice cream - or SF froyo
