What have I been up to?

Hey all!

It's been a couple of days! I hope you all had a great weekend and #HappyMonday to all of my readers. I wanted to come in here and tell you a little bit about the past couple of days. On Friday, my team #TeamEmpower and I had our very first transformation party, it was a BLAST! - We were able to share our #progress with those closest to us and they were able to see the #value in what we do every day. I was so proud of the girls and our chatting and the way that we made our newest "X" family members feel!! :-)

Saturday I was able to attend a #RegionalTraining with my team and was so #empowered by the messages that the successful business men and women in this company were able to provide. I am so thankful to be a part of a family of genuine beautiful people that want to wrap their arms around you and love and inspire you. These individuals had been with the company for a couple years and they have so many amazing stories about their #journey and how they made it through the tough times and the tips they had so that we didn't waste our time making the same silly mistakes. When you #surround yourself with like minded individuals and go into a place like that with an open heart and open mind, your cup is filled very quickly. I know that I am in the #rightplace and am so thankful for this company.

Sunday was a day of #family #fun #food #football - Yes, I said food, because as I have stated before...we are ALL human and a huge #KeyToYourSuccess is being able to treat yourself for the hard work you are putting in so #footballfood is a necessity every now and again! I was very proud that the #Chiefs were able to pull off a win, even without #Mahomie and I am glad that the #Seahawks walked away with a victory as well, they were both pretty close games.

Today is Monday, over the weekend I was able to spend a few hours helping my mother-in-law move into her new apartment from #assistedliving in a facility, to her own place! How amazing is that? It is awesome because I feel like this is a #newbeginning for her. She will be able to focus on living a healthier lifestyle and being on her own will #empower her and help with her #independence and #selfconfidence - reflecting on this morning and the weekend brings me to my next topic, CHANGE YOUR MIND, CHANGE YOUR WORLD.

I am a firm believer in #mindset and how #powerful the human mind is. According to the National Science Foundation, the average person can think up to 60,000 thoughts per day. 80% of those are negative and 95% of those are repetitive - start controlling what your eyes watch, your ears listen to and what you are feeding your brain! The more #positive that you think, the more #positivity that you will then in turn release out into the world.

Stop letting your #mindset hold you back, let's switch what you have believed forever and prove to yourself that better things will happen if you set your mind to it.

When the #opportunity to give up is in front of you...I #challenge my readers to #StandUp one more time and tell yourself that you can do it!

You usually have two choices in life - the result is up to YOU!

When life gives you lemons, why not make lemonade?
