This is a hand full of my favorite "sweets" - the bad thing about these items is that they have so much sugar in them and I try to #avoid them as much as possible because your body craves #sugar. When your body is used to having sugar all the time, it uses that for energy rather than #burning for fat. One of the #hardest things for people to realize is that some sugar is okay, in #moderation, but the more you put in your body, the more your body will #crave it. When cutting sugar from your diet, your body goes through a natural #detox and could cause discomfort, headaches, etc - I suggest you just sticking it out the couple of days because even though you may struggle for a couple, the way you will start to feel when you are putting good #nutritious food in your body is #amazing.
You NEVER really realize how BAD you felt until you START feeling GOOD!
According to Dr. Hu, "The effects of added sugar intake — higher blood pressure, inflammation, weight gain, diabetes, and fatty liver disease — are all linked to an increased risk for heart attack and stroke,"
Too much sugar can have a lot of negative effects on your body. While learning how to cut it out of your diet can be a #challenge, it is definitely worth it to increase your chances of weight loss #success and #prevent obesity which comes with far harder #consequences.
