Taco Tuesday Anyone?

My favorite day of the week because Tuesday means TACO TUESDAY!
Over the coarse of my healthy and wellness journey, I have learned lots of recipes that will help keep you on track with your weight loss - even though it is not the same as sinking your teeth in a fried tortilla shell, the flavor of this meal is SO DELICIOUS and I wanted to pass it along to my readers!
Burrito Bowl:
- Brown the protein of your choice [I like using ground turkey or chicken or shredding chicken down for a leaner option (easy tip: Couple chicken breast in the IP : splash water/splash low sodium chicken stock/1 cup salsa OR diced tomatoes with green chili's - low sodium if possible - Manual for 12 minutes and let pressure naturally release - once chicken is cooled down, shred it]
SEASON YOUR MEAT: Garlic powder / Chili powder / Cumin / Pepper / Fajita Lime - Mrs.Dash / pinch Pink Himalayan salt
- Dice up lettuce / tomatoes / onion / jalopenos / cilantro / slice fresh limes
- Cook cauliflower rice (I grab the microwave bags from the freezer isle for time saving/but fresh is a better option if you have time!)
Place 1.5 cups of cauliflower rice on your bowl - Add weighed cooked protein - top your bowl with all of your favorite taco toppings - add sriracha or salsa of choice and a dollop of plain greek yogurt (in place of sour cream)
